Working together, in a sustainable way, for a healthy and vital Dutch and Belgian population through a well-considered and personally guided low-carbohydrate diet. That’s where we stand for. We want to achieve this by promoting responsible fasting and carbohydrate restriction, develop and regulate the profession of ketocoaching and making an extensive network of well-trained keto coaches accessible.

KetoGroup was founded by idealists who want to offer the world population, starting with those of the Netherlands and Belgium, a well-organized network of ketocoaches. Caregivers focused on healthy and responsible low-carbohydrate nutrition, all based on their own competences. The founders are convinced that there will be more people who want to contribute to the realization of the mission and vision of KetoGroup.
